Snack on this one also suitable for rice side dish,it was no doubt,but there is not a regular tempe mixture of shrimp in it.
How to make Tempe Udang
Ingredients :
- 5 large red peppers
- 5 springs onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 kg of shrimp
- 50 gram sugar red
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 ginger
- 1 stalk tempe
- Salt and sour taste
How to make Tempe Udang
- Cut the tempe into small length,then fried until dry,drain.
- Wash the prawns thoroughly,cooking without a head and drain.
- Red pepper,garlic and finely chopped red onion stir-fry.
- Add the bay leaf,ginger,brown sugar,and acid.
- Add water,put shrimp,and fried tempe already.
- Stir until dry,remove, and serve.
