Nutrients is green vegetables are very much beneficial for our bodies. Benefits is green vegetables is not only beneficial for the body alone and also for our bones. Green Vegetables contains lots of calcium and vitamin K, which plays an important role in bone health. In order to have strong bones require cal body, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K enough. Vitamin D and Vitamin K plays an important role to be absorb calcium. Green vegetables also can improve bone health by neutralizing the blood, thereby reducing the excretion of calcium and avoid the rottenness of the bones. When blood is too acidic, the body will take calcium from your bones to neutralize the blood. It results in bone loss , if less food and beverages with high calcium , we can eat green vegetables every day.
