White water for body

Water not only as a release thirst , but also very important for the health of the human body. Drinking water is often regarded as an obligation and habit. Drinking water is needed after waking up,because while sleeping, bodily activity to keep working , keep walking on the body metabolism, body water will be wasted in the process, during sleep our bodies experience dehidrasi. And drink water after waking , can increase energy and feel fresh.



Drinking water can help relieve kidney function and eliminate toxins and waste products in the cell body. Water can also lose weight because does not contain substances that are high in sugar, calories, and caffeine. Drinking water regularly can also beautify the skin as clean toxins from the body. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day good.
